SAMOK’s service promise for member student unions has been completed and is now published. The Service Promise can be found in the SAMOK documents section. The implementation and monitoring of the Service Promise will be started next year.

The service promise for SAMOK was implemented as a thesis by Isabella Lindberg, a student at Diakonia-ammattikorkeakoulu (Diak).
