Vellu Taskila, the Executive Director of National Union of Students in Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences – SAMOK, has reached an agreement with SAMOK regarding the conclusion of his duties as Executive Director. SAMOK thanks Vellu Taskila for his significant work on behalf of student unions and student advocacy and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Helena Maijanen, President of the Board, will temporarily handle the duties of the Executive Director. The recruitment process for a new Executive Director will be initiated in the near future.
