Welcome to our survey on the development of SAMOK’s website. The aim of the survey is to map users’ experiences with the current website and gather concrete suggestions for improvement. The results will be used in a thesis, the final outcome of which will be the renewal of SAMOK’s website. In practice, your responses will influence the direction in which the website is developed.

Completing the survey takes about 5–7 minutes. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. Responses are treated confidentially and reported in an aggregated format so that individual respondents cannot be identified. Background information will not be used to identify individual respondents. However, please do not include any personal data in the open-ended text fields.
