We welcome all student union staff to the first Staff Days of 2019! This two-day event will address work-related stress and workload, ways to manage them, and how to guide different group situations at work smoothly. We will also explore the concept of a learning organisation, what it means in practice and how student unions can develop their activities towards continuous learning. The parallel programme features expert presentations on membership recruitment and the impact of the Administrative Procedure Act on student unions and universities of applied sciences. The student union Staff Days will take place in Helsinki on Wednesday–Thursday, 22–23 May 2019. Training will be held at SOSTE’s training venue at Yliopistonkatu 5, 00100 Helsinki, on the 6th floor. The registration link and event prices are included in the invitation sent to student unions by email. The registration deadline is Wednesday, 15 May 2019.
